The Trade History

Privacy policy

Last updated: 27/09/2026

1. What we store

Account data (name, email, hashed password, language and time zone). Your trading data (trades, executions, notes, tags, chart images and the accounts you connect). Minimal technical data for the service to work (error and access logs).

2. Why we use it

To show your journal and metrics, to authenticate you, to charge your plan and to support you. We do not use your trades for advertising and we do not share them with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Broker credentials

If you connect a broker, the credentials are stored encrypted and used only to read your trades. We always ask for read-only permissions: no withdrawals, no trading.

4. Third parties involved

Freemius (billing and subscriptions), the server provider running the app and the transactional email provider. Each one receives only what its role needs. The market data provider (Nasdaq, CoinGecko) receives the instrument name being queried, not your personal data.

5. How long

For as long as the account is active. If you delete it, your trades, notes and images are removed. Billing records are kept as long as accounting rules require.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct, export and delete your data from the app itself. For any request: email support.

7. Security

Hashed passwords, encrypted broker credentials, optional two-step verification and automatic backups. No system is infallible: if you notice anything odd, tell us.
