1. What The Trade History is

The Trade History is a trade logging and analysis tool. It records, organizes and reports statistics on the trades a user imports or syncs from their broker. It does not execute orders, does not manage money, does not connect to investment accounts with trading permissions, and does not provide investment advice.

2. Account and user responsibility

Using the service requires an account with real details and a protected password. The user is responsible for the credentials they connect (for example, read-only broker keys) and for the accuracy of the information they upload.

3. Plans and billing

There is a free plan and paid plans. Billing, subscriptions, invoices and refunds are handled by Freemius as the authorized seller. Users can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid.

4. Your data

Trades, notes and images you upload are yours: you can export or delete them at any time. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

5. Affiliate program

The program pays a 20% recurring commission while the referred user keeps an active paid subscription. The minimum withdrawal is USD 100 and requests are reviewed before approval. Self-referrals and fraudulent signups cancel the commission.

6. Prohibited use

Reselling the service, automated access that degrades the platform, attempts to access third-party accounts and any use of other users' data are prohibited. Breaking these rules can close the account.

7. Availability and limits

The service is provided «as is». We work to keep it available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Metrics are calculations over the data loaded: if a source record is wrong, the calculation reflects it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email with reasonable notice.
